This dessert is very popular in Vietnam as they’re really cheap for school students. You can find them pretty much at any corner and every school from elementary to high school. The main ingredient is, of course, ripe bananas and flour. Use only ripe bananas as they are at their sweetest point. We are using Siamese banana, (chuối xiêm/ chuối sứ) for this recipe (available at Asian markets). However, you can use any kind of bananas.
